Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high-scale Identity systems with a focus on security and global availability
• Orchestrate an AI-first workflow, utilizing Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted tools to enhance implementation
• Own complex features end-to-end, improving system reliability and performance while mentoring engineers

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of full stack development experience with React, TypeScript, and Java/Node
• Strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, and distributed systems
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and interaction with AI tools
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver complex features in a production environment
• Deep experience with testing frameworks and maintaining high-quality, secure codebases
