Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer - Core Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the core platform, including ATS, Video, Scheduling, and Telephony integrations
• Design, build, and refine features across the entire stack, focusing on performance, stability, and new product features
• Ensure the platform can scale to handle over 250,000 interviews per month and deliver accurate AI outputs

Required Qualifications

• Experience building across the stack in Python and Javascript/Typescript
• Deep understanding of data pipelines, distributed architectures, and scaling applications
• Experience with both structured (SQL) and unstructured data
• Real-world experience building generative AI applications
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
