Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer for their AI Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI features, collaborating with Product and Design
• Design, build, and refine features across the entire stack, focusing on AI output quality
• Work on real features such as automatic interview coaching and AI candidate skills matrix

Required Qualifications

• Experience building generative AI applications end to end
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript/Typescript, particularly in backend development
• Familiarity with both structured (SQL) and unstructured data
• Strong understanding of user empathy in AI feature development
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
