Job Summary

Senior Full-Stack Engineer, responsible for developing and optimizing solutions for a customer service knowledge base in a fully remote, contract position for an 8-month duration with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance user-facing solutions to improve content quality and user experience
• Manage the engineering backlog and track performance metrics for platform features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale knowledge workflows and integrate AI tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in front-end development with React and TypeScript
• Deep expertise in backend development with recent experience in Java
• Proven experience in UI, backend, and API design, along with technical documentation skills
