Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Full Stack Engineer, a full-time position responsible for building and scaling a high-traffic data annotation platform using Node and React (Next.js), while providing technical leadership and mentoring teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reliable Node & React (Next.js) code for a high-traffic data platform
• Own features from the whiteboard to production, creating proposals and architectural designs
• Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to a culture of constructive feedback

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Deep knowledge of modern frontend and backend development with Node/React (Next)
• Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL/Supabase), clean code, and testing
• Ability to weigh implementation time against failure tolerance, security, and long-term maintenance
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a long, ambitious roadmap
• Experience in problem-solving and evaluating multiple solutions
