Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Taking a hands-on leadership role, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Engineer will design, develop, and optimize web and mobile applications using Ruby on Rails and React, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system architecture and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable APIs and services, integrating with frontend components
• Collaborate with product teams to define project timelines and guide technical direction
• Implement monitoring and observability practices to ensure high availability and security of services

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development within a multi-service ecosystem
• Production experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and Docker
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL for flexible data modeling
• Expertise in AWS services including ECS, RDS, and S3
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineers in best practices
