Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and deploy Java microservices on GCP, implementing resilient services within a microservice architecture while collaborating across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Java microservices, integrating messaging and streaming solutions using Kafka and GCP Pub/Sub
• Automate CI/CD processes and manage container orchestration with GCP Kubernetes, ensuring high code quality through comprehensive testing
• Collaborate with architecture, data modeling, and product teams to document systems and iterate on features based on feedback

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java 8+ in production environments
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Data
• Proficiency with GCP services, including Kubernetes (GKE), Pub/Sub, and Cloud Spanner
• Strong background in microservices design and implementation at an enterprise scale
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
