Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a mission-driven platform, the remote Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and build scalable applications, develop frontend experiences using React, and implement backend services with Node.js while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications to replace manual workflows
• Develop intuitive frontend experiences using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Architect and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools or interest in applying AI to product development
