Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative digital transaction solutions, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, create, and maintain features, while writing quality code and utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to design and maintain features for customers and users
• Write quality code autonomously, ensuring performance and reliability standards are met
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive improvements through code reviews and mentoring

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building complex, customer-facing web applications using Ruby on Rails and React
• Experience with electronic signature, identity verification, or online notarization products preferred
• Familiarity with regulated or compliance-heavy product environments preferred
• Concern for quality with enthusiasm for writing unit and integration tests
• Willingness to learn various parts of the technology stack, including back-end services and cloud infrastructure
