Job Summary

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end features that power recording and live-call experiences
• Design, maintain, and evolve scalable services and product architecture
• Utilize AI tools and agents to enhance coding, troubleshooting, and project management across multiple workstreams

Required qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience
• 8+ years of software development experience
• Deep expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript, with knowledge of modern best practices
• Experience with Node.js, MongoDB, RESTful APIs, and scalable backend systems
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote and distributed teams
