Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a senior technical contributor and engineering leader, the remote Senior Full Stack Engineer (Technical Lead) will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications while mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical decisions within a cross-functional delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of frontend and backend solutions within a cloud-native microservice architecture
• Provide technical leadership by facilitating design discussions, authoring Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and mentoring junior engineers
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across software engineering processes, tooling, and infrastructure automation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree
• Expert-level proficiency in backend technologies such as Python or Java
• Strong frontend development experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with containerized microservices and AWS cloud services
• Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and modern data integration patterns
