Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Leading technical initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Full Stack Engineer (Technical Lead) will guide software development, provide mentorship, and shape engineering direction while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex frontend and backend solutions within a cloud-native microservice architecture
• Provide technical leadership, facilitating design discussions and ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing activities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree
• Expert-level proficiency in backend technologies such as Python or Java
• Strong frontend development experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with containerized microservices and AWS cloud services
• Experience building and consuming versioned RESTful APIs with published OpenAPI specifications
