Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer to work remotely, who will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications while ensuring performance and reliability as the platform grows, utilizing modern AI development tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance and scalability of the data layer, optimizing for enterprise-level onboarding and usage
• Design, build, and ship new features across the full stack, enhancing reporting, analytics, and user experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into technical solutions while maintaining high code quality

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and scaling modern web applications in production
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django, along with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React or Vue
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents as part of the development workflow
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tooling like Terraform
• Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including tuning and optimization strategies
