Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support ambitious data and analytics initiatives in healthcare, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will build end-to-end data features, develop AI-powered workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive healthcare improvement through actionable data and analytics for client and internal decision-making
• Build full-stack data and analytics features, including data models and user-facing interfaces
• Own the design and development of complex data systems and analytics products used by clients and internal teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience focusing on full-stack web development and data modeling/analysis
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and analytic pipeline development
• Experience building backend servers and modern frontend interfaces (React, Vue, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated fluency with modern AI and LLM-powered development tools
• Proven ability to design and operate end-to-end data workflows from raw data ingestion to downstream analysis
