Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Providing hands-on technical leadership, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Staff Engineer will design, build, and evolve scalable full-stack solutions for web, commerce, and marketing platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, API, and platform integration layers
• Build modern web experiences using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js, ensuring production readiness and performance
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical discussions, raising the technical bar and influencing engineering culture

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in full-stack web application development
• Deep experience with modern frontend technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Java, or Python
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across multiple teams and services
• Strong understanding of web performance, security, scalability, and reliability
