Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Engineer will develop and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails and React, while mentoring junior engineers and driving improvements in software engineering processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise and ownership of application code bases, ensuring high-quality contributions
• Diagnose and resolve issues, using incidents to inform system improvements and educational opportunities
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate technical developments effectively to team members and clients

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of engineering experience
• Expert experience with Ruby on Rails, API design, and development
• Proficiency in React/Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Postman, Datadog, and RSpec
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
