Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Full-Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain full-stack features for AI agents, collaborating closely with product and design teams while managing end-to-end project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features, from customer-facing UI to backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with product and design teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical trade-offs
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural discussions, driving technical excellence within the team

Required qualifications

• In-depth frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript
• Solid backend experience in Elixir, Go, Python, or similar server-side languages
• Several years of experience shipping production software with a proven track record of project leadership
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to navigate ambiguous problems from start to finish
• Willingness to explore and apply new AI models, tools, and techniques in development work
