Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the Premium user experience, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will build and manage features related to payment processing, subscription management, and system reliability, working remotely or from various U.S. cities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship Premium management features across various payment systems and post-purchase lifecycle management
• Own projects end-to-end, including problem definition, technical design, implementation, and ongoing reliability
• Drive technical direction by proposing architectures and influencing the team's product and technical roadmap

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience with Node.js/TypeScript, React (or similar), Postgres, and asynchronous queuing systems
• Strong understanding of observability and reliability in software systems
• Experience with payment processing systems such as Stripe, Apple IAP, or Google IAP is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and drive ambiguous problems to reliable production outcomes
• Data-driven mindset with experience in defining success metrics and analyzing results
