Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a full-time remote position, this role focuses on owning outcomes, building AI-driven features, and rapidly shipping prototypes while directly engaging with customers to enhance the insurance experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive impactful customer outcomes each sprint by identifying and implementing key features
• Utilize AI as a primary tool in development, integrating various AI functionalities into products
• Collaborate with customers to observe real-world challenges and iterate on solutions quickly

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building production systems with a focus on customer-facing software
• Proven experience in developing and shipping AI-driven features
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and web security
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
