Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a founding Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a full-time remote position who will take ownership of major features, build across the stack using React/Next.js and Python, and influence product direction and architecture in a small, agile team.

Key responsibilities

• Own major features end-to-end, from design discussions to production deployment
• Build across the stack, including frontend, backend, and everything in between
• Use metrics and user feedback to refine and improve the product

Required qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software
• Fluency in React/Next.js, Python, and PostgreSQL, or ability to ramp up quickly
• Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity
• Ability to balance speed and quality in software development
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with evolving priorities
