Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology initiative, the contract Senior Full Stack Engineer will own major features end-to-end, build across the stack using React/Next.js and Python, and collaborate closely with the founding team to influence product direction and architecture in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own major features from design discussions to production deployment
• Build across the frontend and backend, ensuring solid and secure systems
• Use metrics and user feedback to refine product offerings and influence engineering practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software
• Proficiency in React/Next.js, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity
• Ability to balance speed and quality in software delivery
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with evolving priorities
