Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To shape the technical direction of the Provider Team, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain backend services and user-facing applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives from concept to production in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the technical discovery, scoping, and execution of complex features, collaborating with Product, Design, QA, and business stakeholders
• Own features end-to-end, breaking down large initiatives into actionable engineering milestones and guiding the team toward successful delivery
• Build and maintain high-performance frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and React Query, while designing robust REST APIs using Django REST Framework

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of leading technical projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Deep expertise in Python, Django models, and Django REST Framework for building production-grade REST APIs
• Robust experience with modern React, state management via React Query, and TypeScript
• Strong experience writing optimized queries, designing schemas, and managing database migrations
• Experience utilizing AI assistance, specifically Claude and Claude Code, to write, test, refactor, and optimize code efficiently
