Job Summary

Working remotely from LATAM, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and develop scalable software solutions using Vue.js and Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and reliability while collaborating with product and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain system architecture for full-stack applications, focusing on scalability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with product managers to align technical efforts with business goals and optimize development processes
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code throughout the development cycle

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack development using Vue.js and Ruby on Rails
• Strong background in system architecture and development for scalable applications
