Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing product engineering group, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Engineer will take ownership of projects, collaborate closely with designers and product leaders, and develop innovative solutions using technologies like Haskell, React, TypeScript, and Redux in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Actively seek responsibility and product ownership while self-organizing on small to medium projects
• Collaborate with designers and product leaders to create user-friendly banking and fintech experiences
• Incorporate AI tools into workflows to enhance development efficiency and product quality

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of full-stack development experience
• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Haskell, React, TypeScript, and Redux
• Ability to empathize with users and channel their perspectives into product design
• Experience balancing tradeoffs and finding creative solutions to achieve goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
