Senior Full-stack Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer with experience in Ruby on Rails and React, the remote position focuses on developing full-stack AI solutions, running experiments, and optimizing AI infrastructure for production use.

Key responsibilities:

• Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end using Ruby on Rails and React
• Design and run experiments, including A/B tests, to validate AI features and measure impact
• Build and integrate components for AI infrastructure, ensuring performance and reliability for production-level inferencing

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on high-traffic production applications
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and ReactJS
• Hands-on experience building AI features in production, such as RAG systems or AI agents
• Strong experimentation mindset with experience in designing and running A/B tests
• Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
