Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for building and improving customer-facing products and internal tools while managing problems from ideation to reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, operate, and enhance products for a diverse range of nonprofit clients
• Create responsive interfaces and APIs to drive customer adoption and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal tools and uphold quality standards

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of delivering production software
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, with hands-on experience in frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data pipelines
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, and HTML/CSS
• Experience managing problems end to end, from ideation to completion
• Openness to adopting new tools and technologies as needed
