Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and scale healthcare integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build robust healthcare integrations using REST-like APIs and healthcare standards such as FHIR
• Collaborate with health system customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations
• Enhance existing systems to improve functionality, performance, and security

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises
• 2+ years of VistA Integration experience
• Experience with REST-like APIs (FHIR), OAuth2.0, and mTLS
• Familiarity with NodeJS/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating in a team environment
