Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a focus on Ruby on Rails, the full-time remote position will involve owning the AppraisalPRO product end-to-end, driving features from concept to production while collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the AppraisalPRO platform, including backend, frontend, and mobile applications
• Make key architectural decisions and set the technical direction for the product
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable features

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production web applications with Ruby on Rails and RSpec
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, including experience with React Native
• Experience with PostgreSQL and building/consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with AI coding tools for efficient development
• Experience in B2B SaaS product development is a plus
