Job Summary

To support the development of a childcare management system, the fully remote Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain product capabilities for family billing and related workflows, focusing on backend services in Python and frontend web application improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain full stack capabilities for family billing and back-office workflows
• Develop backend services and APIs in Python, ensuring adherence to existing application patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technically sound solutions aligned with user needs

Required qualifications

• 5-15+ years of professional software engineering experience with senior-level contributions
• Strong Python backend development experience, including API design and data validation
• Experience building and maintaining web applications with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with billing, payments, and financial workflows is strongly preferred
• Interest in AI-assisted software development practices and their application in engineering
