Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Senior Full Stack Engineer for a remote, full-time position, who will lead backend architecture and end-to-end feature delivery, driving technical decisions and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to enhance consumer-facing features.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full stack architecture and system design, proposing new systems for critical customer-facing features
• Own the backend roadmap and manage technical delivery across frontend and backend systems
• Optimize existing systems for performance and reliability while ensuring production health is prioritized

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in backend/distributed systems
• Proven track record of leading teams to execute and ship features effectively
• Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Go, Python, or Ruby, and frontend technologies like React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience in designing and scaling distributed systems for high-traffic applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
