Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To drive innovation through AI applications, the remote full-time Senior Full-Stack Engineer will develop end-to-end AI solutions using Ruby on Rails and React, design and run experiments, and optimize AI infrastructure for production-level performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end on a Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend
• Design and conduct experiments, including A/B tests, to validate AI features and guide iterations
• Build and optimize components for AI infrastructure to support production-level inferencing

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on high-traffic production applications
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and ReactJS
• Hands-on experience building AI features in production, such as RAG systems or LLM-powered tools
• Strong experimentation mindset with experience designing and running A/B tests
• Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
