Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the technical direction for Internal Tools, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Engineer will design and build new internal tools, manage architecture and engineering standards, and apply data-driven techniques to enhance automation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical direction for Internal Tools, transforming product requirements into technical designs and engineering tickets
• Design and build new internal tools and admin features end-to-end, from front-end to back-end
• Drive down technical debt through targeted refactors and set engineering standards via design reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of shipping scalable systems
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
• Advanced production-grade React skills
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch, including performance tuning
