Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Focusing on the development of core systems, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Engineer will lead architectural design, manage critical development projects, and enhance user experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define architecture and lead development projects while making critical technical decisions
- Design scalable systems across application, data, and infrastructure layers, ensuring system performance and reliability
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with product and leadership teams to elevate engineering standards
Required qualifications
- BS in computer engineering or a related field with 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of full-stack experience with expertise in frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript) and backend (Python preferred)
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure and APIs, as well as SQL
- Experience with schema evolution, CDC, and high-throughput streaming
- Familiarity with AI model/agent development and LLM evaluation
