Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Owning features end to end, the full-time remote Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and implement solutions for enterprise customers, focusing on scalability, performance, and governance while working with both backend (Go) and frontend (TypeScript and React) technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Own features from problem framing to operational life, collaborating with PMs and designers
- Design for enterprise constraints, including permissions, approvals, and data residency
- Identify and resolve scalability and performance issues proactively
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of feature delivery
- Strong full stack ability, proficient in Go, TypeScript, and React
- Experience building enterprise solutions involving multi-tenancy, roles, and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to address scale and performance challenges effectively
- Comfortable engaging with customers to understand and address their needs
