Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the realtime and voice layer end to end, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will build product features across the stack using React/TypeScript, Scala, and Python while managing telephony integrations and ensuring system performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the voice channel, including telephony and CPaaS integrations, and manage streaming speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines
• Develop product features across the stack, ensuring multi-tenant scalability and compliance with safety standards
• Maintain revenue-critical deployments through observability, incident response, and performance monitoring

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production systems and full-stack development
• Hands-on experience with realtime systems, voice applications, and low-latency products
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript) and back-end languages (Scala or Python)
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP or AWS
