Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the voice channel end to end, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop and manage real-time and voice integrations, build product features across the stack using React/TypeScript, Scala, and Python, and ensure the health of revenue-critical deployments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage telephony and CPaaS integrations, including streaming speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines
• Develop product features across the stack, ensuring scalability and compliance for enterprise partners
• Maintain observability and incident response for critical deployments, while mentoring and conducting code reviews

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with senior-level ownership of production systems
• Hands-on experience with real-time systems and voice applications, including WebRTC/SIP
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript) and back-end languages (Scala or Python)
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP or AWS
