Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support innovative technology solutions in civic healthcare, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop and maintain applications using Go and React/TypeScript, ensuring accessibility compliance and automated testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to project success by scoping, estimating, designing, and delivering medium-to-large features while reducing technical debt
- Develop comprehensive test plans and documentation, ensuring thorough testing of features and compliance with quality metrics
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to integrate quality considerations throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Required qualifications
- Production experience with Go as the primary backend language
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript for user-facing applications
- Experience in developing accessible interfaces compliant with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL for schema design and migrations
- Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud services
