Senior Full-stack Engineer
Job Summary
Motivated by the impact of their work, the full-time remote Senior Full-stack Engineer will design, build, and ship full-stack features that enhance patient and clinician experiences while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement TypeScript/Node.js backend services and React user interfaces for patient and clinician products
- Contribute to product decisions and measure the impact of features to ensure they serve user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features and participate in code reviews and engineering standards
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience with PostgreSQL, document databases, and AWS services in production
- Ability to work during North American business hours with daily overlap with European colleagues
- Experience in a regulated or security-sensitive environment is a bonus
