Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will design and build features across a Rails monolith and Go microservices, manage integrations, and leverage AI to enhance workflows in a background screening and occupational health platform.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop features for candidate portals, partner flows, and internal tools
- Extend ATS and partner integrations while orchestrating vendor searches and reporting pipelines
- Own the full lifecycle of features from development to monitoring, ensuring quality and compliance
Required qualifications
- Strong production experience with B2B SaaS applications
- Proficient in Go or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services and concurrency
- Solid PostgreSQL skills and experience in relational data modeling
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Comfortable with server-rendered frontends and a focus on writing well-tested code
