Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer with Clearance will drive technical direction, mentor staff, and manage systems design while developing secure, scalable applications for military and government users in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software engineers, guiding technical decisions and establishing best practices
- Drive full-stack systems design, focusing on API architecture, data models, and UI components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype and launch features while ensuring code quality and security
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including leadership roles
- Proficiency in both frontend (React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, relational databases) technologies
- Experience leading AI-enabled development teams and implementing safe, reliable AI-assisted outputs
- Strong understanding of systems design and the interplay between frontend and backend systems
- US Citizenship with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one
