Senior Full Stack Java Engineer

Job Summary

Owning features end-to-end in a mature, customer-facing product, the full-time Senior Full Stack Java Engineer will design, build, and debug solutions using Java 21, Spring Boot, and Angular, while actively participating in Agile ceremonies and client-facing discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and debug new product features across the backend API layer and Angular frontend within an established monolithic codebase
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs in Java 21 / Spring Boot, backed by PostgreSQL and Liquibase for schema changes
• Implement and maintain Redis-based caching strategies for performance and session management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with significant backend experience in Java using Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Angular 19, RxJS, and TypeScript
• Proficiency in AWS services such as S3, ECS, and CloudWatch
• Strong testing discipline, with experience writing comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests
