Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Product Manager for Internal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the technology and agentic AI roadmap for internal teams, translating operational friction into KPI-driven delivery
• Build and ship AI agents to automate internal workflows, ensuring they have built-in confidence thresholds and escalation logic
• Redesign internal workflows to eliminate dependency on engineering for issue resolution and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on internal tools or operational platforms
• Hands-on experience deploying AI agents with measurable business outcomes
• Strong technical fluency, with an understanding of APIs, data schemas, and system integrations
• Proven track record of reducing operational costs and improving key metrics like resolution time and support ticket volume
• Experience managing product and integration relationships with operational tooling vendors
