Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer (Developer Services) (Remote - US).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of internal platforms, APIs, and automation services to enhance the software development lifecycle
• Architect and deliver scalable developer services, including CI/CD pipelines and internal tooling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with developer needs and promote best practices in secure coding and infrastructure-as-code

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or platform engineering roles
• Proven track record of building and operating internal developer platforms or services at scale
• Deep expertise in CI/CD systems and strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
• Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure and advanced knowledge of observability stacks
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives
