Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expertise and ownership of contributions to an application code base
• Mentors junior engineers and assists in their skill development
• Diagnoses and resolves system issues while proposing improvements to software engineering processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of engineering experience, or equivalent experience
• Expert-level knowledge in at least one technical area (frontend, backend, or infrastructure engineering)
• Experience with modern open-source software for backend web applications
• Proficiency in web development using languages like Ruby or Python and frameworks like Django or Rails
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems, specifically Git and GitHub
