Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the scaling of a core platform, the full-time Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will collaborate on end-to-end projects, focusing on backend systems and API design while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects with a strong emphasis on backend systems, API design, and integrations
• Write code across the entire stack, primarily using Ruby on Rails for the backend and Turbo/Tailwind for the frontend
• Curate the codebase through architecture discussions, automated testing, and code review

Required qualifications

• Professional experience in software development, primarily with Ruby on Rails
• Preference for backend logic, data modeling, and system architecture in full-stack work
• Ability to own projects and see them through beyond just coding
• Experience collaborating with cross-departmental teams
• Interest in improving behavioral health for children, teens, and families
