Job Summary

Passionate about building incredible products, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will own the launch experience end-to-end, focusing on product surfaces and flows that enhance the onboarding process for restaurant owners, all while working remotely from the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own the launch experience, ensuring minimal friction and maximum trust for users transitioning from Grader to live on Owner
• Enhance automation and tooling to increase efficiency for launch specialists and reduce manual onboarding efforts
• Develop upgrade flows and AI-powered features that encourage self-service adoption of the Owner platform

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on customer-facing product features
• Extensive experience with TypeScript and strong skills in React
• Proven track record in building onboarding, activation, or upgrade flows that effectively communicate value
• Experience in a product-focused startup or scale-up environment, working collaboratively with small teams
• Demonstrated ownership and proactive problem-solving abilities
