Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer specializing in Clinical Intelligence, who will design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and React microfrontend components, while leveraging AI tools to enhance development processes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain microservices and frontend components, ensuring adherence to established service patterns and architecture
• Build and implement full-stack features, including RESTful APIs and event-driven workflows, while managing CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and contribute to the development of backend services for clinical intelligence modules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with Java and Spring Boot, and 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React
• Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture patterns
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services and event-driven architecture
• Strong understanding of AI agentic concepts and practical experience with AI tools like Claude Code
