Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health benefits platform, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will design, build, and scale user-facing web applications, collaborating with product and design teams in a remote work environment within the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with product managers and designers to define and build features that address user needs
• Design and maintain backend services and APIs while developing frontend components using modern frameworks
• Contribute to technical design discussions and mentor engineers to foster a user-centric approach across the team

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with production web applications
• Strong experience with backend services and APIs, including REST and/or GraphQL
• Proficiency in frontend development using React or a similar modern framework
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design
• Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end product features and collaborate in a product development environment
