Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning large parts of software development, the full-time Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will work remotely to build internal tools, integrations, and GTM systems, transforming manual processes into automated workflows while ensuring reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ownership of workstreams across frontend, backend, APIs, and data, delivering software from ambiguous business problems to production
• Develop internal tools and integrations, connecting CRMs and third-party APIs into reliable workflows, including AI-assisted solutions
• Build reusable software components to streamline future projects and enhance team productivity through code review and mentorship

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on business-critical production systems
• Proficiency in a modern web stack, backend services, APIs, and databases, capable of taking ambiguous problems to production
• Strong debugging skills with a focus on reliability and root cause analysis across various system components
• Ability to independently manage workstreams and communicate effectively with non-engineers to negotiate scope and tradeoffs
• Experience with low-ego, high-collaboration leadership, mentoring others, and enhancing team effectiveness
