Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

To build the next generation of secure, scalable Customer Care systems, the full-time Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will design and operate high-scale systems using React, TypeScript, and Java/Node.js, while leading AI-first development workflows and mentoring peers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high-scale Customer Care and Identity systems with a focus on security and availability
• Lead AI-first development workflows, utilizing markdown specifications for AI-assisted code generation and ensuring the safety of generated assets
• Own complex full-stack features end-to-end, from technical requirements and system design to production monitoring and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5-8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience using Java for backend services and building responsive web applications with React.js and Node.js
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and integrating AI-assisted developer tools into software development workflows
• Deep experience with testing frameworks, modern CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining high codebase standards
